Picture this - it's 1995, and Matt is fresh out of school, ready to take on the world. Little did he know, his path was already set in stone, woven into the fibers of the carpet trade. Joining forces with his dad, a seasoned carpet fitter, they embarked on a journey that would shape not just their careers, but their lives.
For over a decade, they toiled side by side, serving both independent businesses and household names as subcontractors.
With each project, Matt soaked up knowledge like a sponge, learning the ins and outs of delivering impeccable flooring solutions. But amidst the hustle and bustle, a realization struck - why were people paying exorbitant prices for what we offered at a fraction of the cost? It wasn't about maximizing profits; it was about providing genuine value, pairing competitive pricing with unmatched quality.
In 2013, Love Your Floor was born - a testament to transparency, affordability, and a commitment to our customers. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, just honest service and superior craftsmanship.
At Love Your Floor, we're not just about transactions; we're about connections. We thrive on the personal touch, going the extra mile to understand our customers' needs. From rip-up and disposal to in-home consultations, we're there every step of the way, ensuring your flooring dreams become a reality.
But our story doesn't end there. Recently, Matt joined forces with Callum, a bright talent who once walked the halls of our apprentice program. After spreading his wings and gaining invaluable experience elsewhere, he's returned, and together, we're pioneering a new era for Love Your Floor, delving into the commercial sector with gusto.
And then there's Matts son, following in his footsteps, eager to leave his mark on the world. Seeing him grow within the company fills us with a pride words can't describe.
